The group dedicated their performance of The Only Exception, the first love song they wrote, Hayley saidto a group called Love 146, a body that wants to fight human slavery and exploitation, particularly among youngsters.

A sweet way to finish a successful tour, indeed. While the concert was sadly short, Paramore’s fire will never burn to ashes, but will only add to the charging battery of passion of Filipino fans as Hayley guaranteed before they bid Manila goodbye, there is not any way we can wait 5 years before we’ll come back here. That is great. Of course, we’d like more! Paramore!

Pop band Scouting For Girls have revealed how hard they had to work on the follow up to their successful debut album. The band confirmed that they had to get their act together after their label said that the songs they had previously recorded simply weren’t strong enough for general release. The band admitted that they found working almost 16 hours a day on perfecting the album tough going and often couldn’t tell if they were making something that was genuinely good or if they were going down the wrong path altogether.
Scouting For Girls had a very successful debut album selling lots of copies around the UK and releasing hit singles, She’s So Lovely and Elvis Ain’t Dead. The band are due to release their next single called This Ain’t A Love Song in March of 2010. The album will follow shortly after.
Scouting For Girls haven’t enjoyed the critical acclaim to go along with their commercial success. They have consistently suffered from comics who have mocked them for their boring songs and also for selling their music to appear in adverts. Despite the lack of critical praise they have secured a number of top 10 hits since their inception and their album looks to carry on the success from their debut.

True Blood is one of the latest television shows in America that has caught people’s attention and showing promising future. The show is based on Charlaine Harris’s novel series “The Southern Vampire Mysteries” in which the life of Vampires has taken a new turn to make them part of society.
Without any doubts, true blood is having a great fan following not only because of the script but also due to the excellent music. The music of true blood is unbeatable. Another reason for this great fan following is the acting by the lead characters. Anna Paquin as Sookie Stackhouse is incredible. Stephen Moyer as ‘Vampire Bill’ is great as well, he has been very realistic and he is the perfect person for this character without any doubts.
One thing which made me surprise was, the play is very similar to the book and even the locations used seems to be the same I had in my mind while reading the book. As story is progressing, I am expecting some great reviews for the story. At one stage, I felt that the level of performance has gone down, but they maintained the level of reality in the show.
I am a lover of True Blood and will be following the series as it develops. Essentially great stories, emphatic acting, strong cast, brilliant direction, awesome soundtracks and best of all the show has its own identity in a sea of pretenders.

As early as 3000 B.C., the Chaldeans in Babylon practiced astrology. Later, citizens of China became interested. The Chinese may be the first people to realize the effect the position of the sun has on seasons and planting cycles.
In 500 B.C., Plato extensively studied and used astrology. The science was also popular among the Egyptians. Astrology lost its popularity when Galileo Galilei began using a telescope during the 1500s. In the 1600s, when Christianity became popular, the practice of astrology was hidden. Astrologer William Lilly renamed the science “Christian Astrology” in an effort to make the practice more acceptable. In the 1800s, astrologer Alan Lee boosted the practice as well. Paul Clancy followed, with his instrumental magazine “American Astrology”.
Notable people in modern times also utilize astrology and horoscopes. After the assassination attempt on President Ronald Reagan in 1981, Nancy Reagan had an astrologer assist in determining when to do public appearances and sign important documents.
