There always are numerous specifics that are applied to calculate insurance pricing. No matter if you’re seeking full coverage insurance, state minimum insurance or student car insurance, there are many inputs that will be employed to calculate your auto insurance policy quote. Throughout the year, you should reexamine your own personal situation to guarantee that you’re getting each discount provided by your car insurance underwriter that you are eligible to get. If you are not sure about what to ask about, apply the below listing to start you off.
Keep a Policy With the Same Insurance Underwriter
Maintaining coverage with the same agent can help you get loyalty bargains. If you’ve been a customer with the same company for ages, verify if they offer a long term customer deals.
Multi-Policy Insurance Coverage
Insurance companies take account when you agree to have several contracts from them instead of just auto insurance. Contracting for a homeowners insurance protection together with auto insurance can create offers.
Senior Citizen Discount
Those over age 55 may are eligible for a better quote by speaking with their auto insurance underwriter. When you turn 25 your rates can usually decrease too.
Lower Your Costs by Increasing the Insurance Claim Deductible
You can bring down your regular costs by raising your deductible. By offering to increased compensation for any future claims, you are able to pay less for your annual auto insurance rates.
Auto Safety Incentive Programs
Owning an automobile that has original or brand specific safety options can oftentimes make you suitable for offers. As you make your vehicle safer, the risk of acute harm in an automobile accident lowers too.
Employment Offers
Depending on the type of occupation you have or even the type of degree you have can help qualify you for price reductions on your insurance policy. Scientists, military personnel, dentists and some other occupations can get reduced fees on their car insurance coverage.

Writing…Blogs…Blogs are on-line journals where people express themselves through writing. Writing…Writing is the process where one puts down words of a language on a format that others can read. This process has not been around very long, to use one of my writing teacher’s favorite sayings, “Writing has only existed for one day in the one year that humanity has existed.” Speaking and thinking come much easier than writing. These processes just flow out naturally like a river of consciousness; sometimes we hardly have to think about doing them. Anyone and everyone can write words down on paper but that doesn’t mean it’s ‘good writing’, myself included. Like most things in life, our society already takes writing for granted which is proving to expose more of our ignorance. Writing is a new form of expression, and if we want to do it in a way that the masses can connect with our ideas, we have to think much more simply and clearly about this art.
Now that was quite a big paragraph, you’ve got to wonder if I really needed to say as much as I just did to introduce this article on the best way to write your blogs on the Web. I didn’t even mention this main idea, and that’s what an introduction paragraph is meant to be for. This is a common mistake in many blogs out there. We try to get too many ideas across in one paragraph, sometimes even in one sentence! The key, as in all things in life-is to keep it simple. Simplicity means that readers won’t get confused about what your journal entry is actually about. Introduce your main general topic at the start, and use the subsequent paragraphs to discuss separate ideas that relate to this topic. Try to tie everything up in the concluding paragraph, your main argument and the reason why you’ve written in the first place.
Grammar and sentence construction are not easy systems to master, especially if you come from a school system that spent more time telling you about historical battles and quadratic equations than on how to read and write. This is a real problem. When we speak we can get messages across to others easily, but if we put these words down on paper, the writing just isn’t interesting and doesn’t connect with people’s curiosities and fascination. When you write you are not talking to a close friend. You can’t use slang and colloquialisms that only your local community can understand. The aim is to connect with all the people in the world, so let’s make it crystal clear and enjoyable to read.
Your computer has spelling and grammar checks, as well as access to a thesaurus. Use them, but remember that the machine can’t decipher all the intricacies of language. Language is a world in itself, and much of its territories are undiscovered by the masses. So, again keep it simple. Short, precise sentences with single ideas are great. Many words in the English language have the same meanings (synonyms). Use the thesaurus so you don’t repeat the same word over and over throughout the text. It keeps the story fresh and doesn’t turn the reader off. There’s nothing more boring than repetition. Using different words can be a lot of fun and a learning experience, just make sure you use a dictionary (also on the computer/Internet) to make absolute sure of the word’s definition.
Readability…Simplicity…Make your blog accessible by all people. You can even take into consideration that many readers will have learned English as a second language. As I’ve said in previous articles, keep to the point-don’t go on tangents. Stick with the article’s topic, and definitely stay within the realms of your blog’s main area. If your blog is entitled “Jazz music”, people who go there don’t want to hear about how your football team won on the weekend! Please be consistent. How irritating is it to visit a blog that hasn’t been written on in months or years?
I hope these little tips will help you on your quest to producing ‘good’ writing that brings new friends and acquaintances of similar outlooks into your world. If you want people to read, the aim is to produce an emotional reaction in your reader. Pretend you are writing to another form of yourself, if it were not readable, interesting and fun…would you stick around?

If you are not blogging for your business then you should be. While many people simply dismiss blogging because of its description as a web diary they are missing a lot of traffic and revenue generating opportunities every day. Are you one of those missing out?
In truth blogs are much more than a simple web diary. They are actually a content management system and/or an easy web site template. Blogging software allows you to begin posting your content to the Internet in minutes and when you harness that ability with an RSS feed you have a powerful traffic magnet.
I have come up with 7 reasons why every business should have a blog and RSS feed.
1. Publishing a regularly updated blog helps you keep in touch with your existing audience and/or customer base. You can publish updates, news, or thoughts in your blog as well as answer questions.
2. A blog can help you attract new customers. Your blog entries (posts or articles) will become fodder for the search engines and will attract new visitors. If your blog answers the visitors question or attracts their interest you have just found another qualified lead.
3. Blogs and RSS feeds often rank higher in search engines than traditional web sites. Search engines love blogs and RSS feeds. If you design your blog properly then every time you update it the search engines are notified. Even if you don’t regularly ping most search engines will revisit blogs more frequently. Plus the very organization of a blog lends itself to spidering and good search engine ranking.
4. Blogs can help you establish or build your reputation in a particular field. As your blog grows you will demonstrate your knowledge in your chosen niche.
5. Blogs and RSS feeds are good revenue streams. You can add pay-per-click ads, affiliate ads, or sell ad space on your blogs. In fact, many PPC companies also provide the ability to add PPC to your RSS feeds.
6. Blogs are great ways to generate leads. Even if you don’t want to put any advertising on your blog you can use it to promote or capture leads for your own programs. These are great leads as the fact that they came from your blog means they are already interested in your topic and predisposed to your individual message.
7. Creating your own blog is the easiest way to establish a presence on the Internet and creating an RSS feed is even easier. In fact, it is also the cheapest way to get started on the Internet as there are a number of free blogging sites out there. I started out with http://blogger.com and usually recommend them but have heard others point to several other top blogging sites as well. The blogging software that I now use is WordPress and also happens to be free. In fact, most web hosts now offer WordPress (or other free blogging software) as a free site add-on through Fantastico. Installing WordPress from scratch is quick and easy but Fantastico makes it even easier. Blogs created at Blogger have an RSS feed created for them and WordPress also creates feeds in several variations automatically.
As you can see there are several benefits to starting your own blog and RSS feed. If you can count that many benefits from an Internet marketing technique that is also free and easy then you are foolish not to begin using it for yourself.

Building a business blog is a great online marketing tool for finding new customers and networking online. Once you have set up your own blog, either on your own domain name and website or off site like http://www.blogger.com, it’s time to start posting effective blog entries that draw visitors.
How?
Follow these 10 steps to a better business blog!
Strong Post Titles
Title your posts for grabbing readers attention and help search engines find your blog. Every blog post has a title. Make each title strong, concise with your most important key word first in the title. This title is the heading that others see first through RSS readers so make it a grabbing headline.
Example: Stuffable Teddy Bears with Noah’s Ark Workshop or AmeriPlan - Latest Bonus Opportunity.
Strong Post Introduction
Start your actual blog entry with the same key words, phrase as your title. Think of it as reinforcing your theme of your post to your readers but it will also help with search engines and RSS readers that display your blog may include the first few lines of your latest post.
Make your blog informative.
Teach your readers and consumers. Share your knowledge to help them make informed decisions. No Hype - avoid making your blog post an advertisement. Avoid sounding like an advertisement ~ internet surfers are wise to the language of SALES.
Become a resource.
Through consistent effective blogging, you will establish yourself as an expert in your area whether it’s about cooking or candles, home decor or direct sales. Present your blog posts in a way that invites discussion with an email address for readers to contact you for more information or answer questions.
Create a Dynamic Blog
Encourage feedback. A blog with comments, feedback, discussions will create more visitors and establish your blog as dynamic and interactive. A static blog that simply has post after post of self discussion is much less effective as a marketing tool so work to make your blog shine.
Within your post invite your readers to click-thru for more information on whatever you are discussing. This will bring visitors to your own website to see product, read more and potentially create sales.
Make your business blog a big part of your marketing
Discipline yourself to blog frequently. Essentially, train yourself in the same manner you use to post your ads through your online groups. Create a new blog entry even 2-3 short paragraphs several times a week. At a minimum, blog weekly. Publishing a new blog entry 3-5 times a week will keep your blog being read, crawled by search engines and creating headlines on the RSS feeds which is what you want.
Think Search Engines when blogging
Work to use a few important key words over and over within each blog entry. Consistent use of the same key words that internet surfers use to search will build up page after page of these search relevant key words in your blog. When you have a blog with 15 posts in your blog with titles and blog entries about soy candles, scents, safety and specials - search engines will read your blog as it would a website.
A blog with several posts (pages) on the same subject with the same key words but unique content will give you search engine traffic that you can learn to funnel to your own website or direct sales company website.
Publish your own articles on your business blog
Post your own articles to your blog, complete with resource box and permission to publish with resource box intact. Your own articles will give you further credibility and build readership. Other than your own website, your business blog is the perfect venue to you to publish your thoughts, ideas, and business plans through articles and business writing.
Use your blogs links section
The links section of your blog give your readers the opportunity to explore your websites, your newsletter, services and products further after they have read your latest post. Make sure your blog links section clearly directs readers to your own website but also to sign up for your newsletter or read other blogs you have online.
Be sure to PING!
Finally, take the time to understand how to ping your blog. Whether you are using a ready made blogging system like Blogger or your own blog set up on your website - every time you publish your blog you have one more step before your work is done! The absolute minimum is to submit your blog each time to Ping-o-matic http://www.pingomatic.com Your latest blog will be sent out to a number of feeds and blog services for online publication.
When you are ready to begin actively promoting your blog, you will move beyond using only Ping-o-matic as your announcement for your business blog.
Remember to keep your business blog ever focused on your readers, your target market. Your blog will be found by both RSS readers AND search engines following these 10 steps to a better blog!

The chat at the Water Cooler is bubbling to boiling point this week, what with all that’s been in the news recently. There’s the sadness of Jade Goody and Natasha Richardson’s untimely decease. Both women were hailed as Princess Di’s (by Stephen Fry no less who referred to the former, as a Princess D from the wrong side of the tracks), both who had somehow, after death, taken on the status of national treasures. I’m wondering if ten years down the line, Goody would be loved as she is now, a woman who faced adversity with the courage and determination of a top class boxing pro. It’s those whom both women have left behind that I feel for. It was painful to see Liam Neason’s gaunt looking face and withdrawn, hollow look after such a tragedy that was so devastating. Goody’s family are of course equally distraught. The piles of flowers outside the Goody home were reminiscent of the ones swamping London during the nation’s mourning for the Princess. It’s strange how death turns people into martyrs and legends. No one ever says anything nasty about the dead. That’s how it should be I suppose. The ancient Romans held a high respect for the dead. We should follow their lead.

Almost everyone who owns a website involved in e-commerce (selling something on the internet) has heard the term SEO (Search Engine Optimization). In essence, SEO is the process of refining the keyword content and Meta tags of a website URL to gain increased ranking in the “natural” search results of a given search engine when someone types in a keyword search in the relevant niche. There is, however, a big difference between SEO and search engine optimisation, the latter being far more important to the survival of any online business. When someone performs optimization for a particular website, they take the needed steps to ensure that the ranking of that URL is improved on that particular search engine. What some people do not realize is that there are roughly 200-220 different such engines on the internet and each has its own unique criteria for ranking pages in its results. The importance of SEO is that this process involves reworking the keyword content and Meta tags of a given URL and creating external links to that URL that will result in higher page ranking regardless of which engine a person uses when typing in their keywords. To understand this concept, one should use two or three different searches on the various engines and type in the same keyword(s) on each one. Compare the results. Any URLs that receive nearly the same ranking across the board have received search engines optimization services. Those that rank high on, say, Yahoo but not the others have only been optimized to that one set of criteria.Ideally, if a website owner pays someone to perform SEO services for his site, he wants to receive search engines optimization so that his URL will be seen no matter which engine is used by the potential customer.

What are tags?
Tags are a way of categorizing. They’re used for blogs, pictures, social bookmarking, articles, and more. Instead of the traditional categories, tags allow you to create categories “on the fly”. They’re then grouped together in a tag cloud, with the most popular tags in a larger font.
Using tags for the most exposure.
Tags give you a lot of freedom and they’re easy to use. Choosing the right tags can sometimes be a little more difficult. If somebody is looking for specific information on, say, blogging tips, they might look under the tag, “blog”. But you tagged your blog, “blogging tips” and your blog won’t be found.
A good strategy when it comes to tagging is to first see what tags people are currently using to help choose the ones to place.
Let’s say I want to find some tags for my blog about blogging tips. I can check out the tag cloud here on Blogger Party and see that “blog” is getting a lot of tags and use that. I can also use “blogging,” and “weblog,” since they’ve already been tagged, too.
I can start some of my own, though, and include “blogging tips” there.
Keep it simple.
Using your own tags to categorize your blog entries.
You can also use tags as a way to categorize your blog entries, though. Let’s say you write primarily about 3 different subjects: movies, books, and personal thoughts. You can give these original tags that nobody else would likely use, essentially giving them their very own page.
More tagging tips.
Using simple, one to two word tags are best. If you create an complicated tag, it’s less likely to be found.
When tagging a person’s name, a title, or a TV show, though, use the full name or most popular name. “American Idol” and “Orson Scott Card” are good examples of this.
Be consistent. For the same type of topics, use the same tags.
Happy tagging!
